TG-AL375 / L37-5 thermally conductive silicone sheet features self-adhesiveness, excellent resilience, ease of installation and reworking, and resistance to stretching and deformation, making it a material with shock-absorbing properties. Additionally, its thickness ranges from 0.3 to 20.0 millimeters, meeting various design requirements of customers. This product is insulating and possesses a superior thermal conductivity coefficient of 1.7W/m•K.

The new TG-A series thermal pad has better performance on the thermal conductivity, compressibility, with the ultra-soft softness, low thermal resistance and naturally tacky’s characteristics.
