After nearly three years of discussion and meticulous planning, T-Global's main factory has done its best in terms of structure, materials and spatial planning to achieve the goal of earth-friendly thermal engineering, an idea that has not only been recognized by academics and the construction industry, but has also been emulated and applied by the government.
The highlight of the building is the use of ALC panels for the interior and exterior walls of the main factory. ALC panels, standing for autoclaved lightweight concrete, are made of cement, silica sand, lime and aluminum foaming agent, which are pressed and foamed at high temperatures to form a porous concrete panel with small, uniform air bubbles.
ALC panels boast many excellent performance and environmentally friendly properties. Firstly, they are lighter than ordinary concrete, a quarter of the weight, which makes assembly more convenient and quicker for workers; secondly, they have a low thermal conductivity, a tenth of that of ordinary concrete. Even if it is hot or cold in summer or winter, the indoor temperature is maintained at a pleasant level, saving the electricity consumption of five large freight elevators over the course of a year; their advantages also include good sound insulation, fire resistance, durability, earthquake resistance, etc. As a pioneer in thermal engineering technology, T-Global has been working in the field of heat dissipation and thermal conductivity for many years and is well placed to apply these technologies and materials flexibly to achieve the ultimate goal of a friendly planet.
Moreover, the entire T-Global main factory building is equipped with a large rainwater recycling system and a solar panel storage system.
